Option Chain Page — Your Main Screen

After broker login, the Option Chain page loads by default — this is the home base of BrilliantBull. Everything else branches out from here. This guide explains every visible area and what each button/section does.

What You See on Screen

The screen is divided into 5 main zones:

  1. Top Header — app title, index selector, expiry, quick buttons (Pricing, Sound, Refresh, Display Scale, Advanced Chart)
  2. Card Strip (below header) — live market stats in compact cards
  3. Left Sidebar — icon-based navigation to 59+ tools, grouped in 5 categories
  4. Center Table — the actual Option Chain with calls (left), strikes (middle), puts (right)
  5. Bottom Status Bar — connection status, data freshness, license days remaining

The header is the top strip (always visible). From left to right:

Left Section — Index & Expiry

Center Section — License & Renewal

Right Section — Quick Action Buttons

💡 Tip: The header stays visible as you scroll, so these controls are always one click away.

The left sidebar is a vertical strip of icons. Each icon opens a specific tool in a new window. Icons are organized in 5 category groups (separated by small dividers):

How to use: Hover over any icon to see its name as a tooltip. Click to open that tool. Multiple tool windows can be open at the same time.

💡 Tip: For detailed help on each tool, see the Help Center home and click the specific tool category.

Card Strip (Below Header)

The card strip is a horizontal row of compact cards showing live market stats. These update in real-time as prices change.

Typical cards include:

Hover on any card for more details. Some cards are clickable and open a related tool window (e.g., clicking Max Pain opens the Pain Chart tool).

Option Chain Table (Center)

This is the main table — the heart of the app. It shows calls and puts side by side for all strikes around the ATM.

Bottom Status Bar

The thin strip at the bottom of the screen shows app-level information:

⚠️ Red disconnected status?
If you see red, first check internet, then the Broker page to re-login. Most disconnects happen because the daily token expired (see Broker Login guide).
