How do I activate my license after downloading?
After installing, open the app. A window will ask for your license key. Paste the key you received on WhatsApp or email after purchase, then click Activate. The app will verify your key online and unlock all features. License is tied to your account and works on one PC at a time.
Do I need to be online all the time to use the app?
Yes — the app needs an active internet connection for live market data, broker connectivity, and license verification. Offline mode is not supported. A stable broadband connection is recommended for the best experience.
Which broker does BrilliantBull Pro support?
The app integrates with Zerodha Kite via the official Kite Connect API. You need an active Zerodha account and API subscription (monthly fee payable to Zerodha directly). Additional brokers may be added in future updates.
How do I update to a new version?
When a new version is released, we send a WhatsApp notification with the download link. Simply download the new installer from the download page, run it, and it will update over your existing installation. Your settings and data are preserved.
Can I install the app on multiple computers?
Each license is valid for one machine at a time. If you want to switch computers, contact support via WhatsApp — we can transfer the license for you. Simultaneous use on multiple PCs with one license is not allowed.
What if my broker API token expires?
Zerodha API tokens expire daily around 6:00 AM IST. You need to re-login through the app's Broker panel each trading day. The app will prompt you if the token is missing or expired. Full guide is in the "Broker Login & API" section above.
The app is running slow. What can I do?
Try these steps in order: (1) Close unused tool windows, (2) Restart the app, (3) Check your internet speed, (4) Ensure you have at least 4 GB free RAM, (5) Update to the latest version. If the issue persists, contact support with your system specs.
Is my trading data private?
Yes. All your trading data (positions, orders, P&L) stays on your PC and flows only between your app and your broker's API. BrilliantBull servers do not store your trade history. License verification uses only your license key — no trade data is sent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
